Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the WDBoss platform at wdboss.click, you agree to be fully bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document, together with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use the WDBoss platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of this document.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the WDBoss platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition against participating in gambling activities within your jurisdiction.
• Register only for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.

WDBoss reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified period may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one WDBoss account only. Registering more than one account using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, bank details, or any other personal information is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Provide an active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification.
• Set a strong, unique password for your WDBoss account.
• Provide valid bank or e-wallet details in your own name for withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. WDBoss will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login details to a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the WDBoss support team immediately via live chat.

The information you register must be accurate and up to date. WDBoss reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time. Accounts containing false or inaccurate information may be suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit at WDBoss is RM10 for most payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly with no additional charges from WDBoss. Any fees levied by third-party payment service providers (where applicable) are beyond our control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals at WDBoss are processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Your first withdrawal requires a one-time identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of your MyKad and proof of your payment method.

If your account has an active bonus balance that has not yet met the rollover requirement, withdrawal of that bonus portion is not permitted until the rollover is completed. Your original deposit amount may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal policy.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by WDBoss are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

General terms that apply to most WDBoss bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account / per household / per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus rollover is 15x–20x of the total bonus received must be completed within 7 days.
• The 15% weekly cashback bonus carries a rollover of only 1x and valid for 3 days.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward rollover completion — slots typically count at 100%, while table games may count at 20%–50%.
• WDBoss reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse.

WDBoss actively monitors bonus usage to identify patterns indicative of promotional exploitation. Activities such as bonus hunting, systematically placing low-risk bets using bonus funds, or coordinating wagers across multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

All promotional offers are subject to amendment or withdrawal by WDBoss at any time. WDBoss will provide reasonable notice via the platform whenever any ongoing offer is modified or withdrawn.

Game Rules

All games at WDBoss — including slots, Live Casino, Roulette, and table games — are powered by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed within the respective game information.

As a WDBoss member, you agree to:

Sports Betting & Live Matches

The WDBoss Sports Betting section, including Live in-play betting, is subject to the following specific rules in addition to the general Terms & Conditions:

• All accepted bets are final upon system confirmation. WDBoss does not entertain requests to cancel or modify bets once accepted, except in cases of clear technical errors on our part.
• If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bet settlement will be handled in accordance with the WDBoss policy in effect at that time, taking into account the relevant sports governing body.
• For in-play betting, the odds accepted by the system at the time of confirmation are the final odds, not the odds displayed when you initially filled in the bet slip.

Account Suspension and Closure

• Duplicate accounts or the use of false information during registration.

• Failure to verify your identity upon request within the specified timeframe.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, WDBoss reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the activity under investigation while that investigation is ongoing. Any balance confirmed to be clean will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

WDBoss Liability Limits
